Just to clarify the timeline — your order was placed on Sunday, and our team processed and packed it on Tuesday, as we were working through a high volume of weekend online and in-store orders. The courier pickup was booked immediately on Tuesday afternoon, however the courier unfortunately did not collect on Wednesday or Thursday despite multiple follow-ups from our team. They finally collected the parcel on Friday.

Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes are determined by the courier, and deliveries to regional Western Australia can take longer than metro areas. We always do our best to chase couriers when delays occur, as we did in this case.

Regarding the globes that failed — we’re more than happy to help you with this. There are several possible causes, including transformer compatibility, voltage irregularities, or installation factors. As transformers were not supplied with your order, we would like to gather a little more information so we can assist properly and replace anything faulty under warranty.
