Aluminium channels are supplied with end caps, all custom measurements will include allowance for end caps. Example, 2000mm custom length will be supplied at 1996mm with allowance for 2 x 2mm end caps, totaling 2000mm length.
Aluminium channels ordered to custom lengths are cut with with professional equipment. Custom lengths supplied within a 2% variance are considered acceptable and will not be recut.
