Aluminium channels are supplied with end caps, all custom measurements will include allowance for end caps. Example, 2000mm custom length will be supplied at 1996mm with allowance for 2x 2mm end caps, totaling 2000mm length. 

Aluminium channels ordered to custom lengths are cut with with professional equipment. Custom lengths supplied within a 2% variance are considered acceptable and will not be recut.
